UPSC had advertised 10 posts of Dental Surgeons in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare through advertisement published on July 23rd 2016.
UPSC had also advertised 13 posts of Assistant Divisional Dental Surgeons in the Indian Railways, Ministry of Railways through advertisement published on July 23rd 2016.
A Combined Computer Based Entrance Test had been conducted for both the posts on December 18th 2016.
UPSC has declared the result for both the Posts and has released the list of candidates who have been short-listed for the Interview.

Further, the notification states that candidates who satisfy the all the Eligibility conditions will be called for the Interview.
The next procedure is that all the provisionally short-listed candidates will now have to furnish self-attested photocopies of the certificates/documents mentioned in the Annexure – I in support of their claim for the posts.
Candidates are now required to provide self-attested photocopies of all the Certificates/Documents listed in the Annexure – I mentioning their Name and Roll Number on all documents/certificates and candidates have to send these by Hand/Speed Post to the Under-Secretary (SPC - II), Room No. 16 – A (Main Building), Dholpur House, UPSC, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi immediately within 15 Days (Not Later than January 23rd 2017) to verify their eligibility for the said posts.
